Address data - the base for all customer communication
The current, complete and error-free address data are basis for successful customer care and communication. ADDRESS|IT for Act! allows you to update and complete your customer and business partner data quickly and effectively. It is a plausibility check like postal code to city, district or state. You avoid small mistakes like typos, switched words or spelling mistakes and save time as you no longer have to manually search for missing information or correcting mistakes by hand.
Area searches and route planning (currently in revision)
In the STANDARD edition you already have the functions proximity search based on the postal codes and the route planning (currently in revision) with submitting the data to Google Maps. With the proximity search contacts, companies and groups can be searched for that have a certain proximity (in kilometers) to the postal code area. The route planning creates an interface between your Act! and Google Maps. You have the location determination for single addresses as well as an optimal route planning for chosen contact addresses. You determine the start and the end of your route; the rest is taken over by Google Maps. The address date is submitted to Google Maps. That way you can use the full functions and up to date geo data of Google Maps in order to optimize your route without having to manually copy the addresses between the applications.

Updates for Act! add-ons
Add-ons for Act! are registered once at the time of installation for the existing version of Act!. As long as you stay with this Act! version the updates for the add-ons are free of charge. We support only the lasted two Act! Versions. Should you choose to switch to a different Act! version please see the following matrix for re-licensing prices of the add-ons. You only pay the percentage of the current sales price.

Example for update price
Currently you have 5 add-on licences for Act! v17 .
Now you install the Act! v20 update.
The already engaged add-on is not compatible with the new Act! version. You now have to purchase an update of that add-on for all licences.
The price per update licence for the add-on is 60% of the graduated price for 5 licences.
