Personalized e-mails and campaigns that are directed at various target groups can easily be created in OUTREACH|IT, which can be aquired from us directly. It is a ADDON for Act! CRM-software which must be installed for OUTREACH|IT to work as needed. Act!'s own e-mail-connector offers a variety of options for your e-marketing. OUTREACH|IT simplifies this and makes it more comfortable. It allows you to reach large target groups or - contrary to this - to concentrate on explicitly defined sub-groups.
Avoid European legal limitations
The Act! e-marketing tool saves contact data on Swiftpage servers, either long term oder short term. European law does not allow companies to save contact information on US-company-ownd servers, because these are not considered "safe harbors" unless you have a written statement from the contact stating otherwise. OUTREACH|IT does not save contact data anywhere but instead uses data from your company database which is generally saved either locally or on a nearby server. This way you have no trouble whatsoever with legal limitations of any kind.

OUTREACH|IT comes with two integrated report designers. One of the designers leans on Microsoft Word functionality, this makes it easy for beginners to get their bearings. You can easily import HTML and RTF templates and these can be used as a basis for new templates. Both designer tools allow you to access Act! contact fields. Give your customer communication a personal note! You can create your own layouts for e-mail, fax and letters.
You have planned a webinar, but your meeting partner forgot the session and did not appear? Create a template for reminders for appointments. You can modify the Act! fields in your template so that one template is enough for all your upcoming webinars. Simply choose an activity option and set up when and how often your meeting partner is to receive a notification and choose which reminder template is to be sent. Now all contacts will be notified with whom you have created an activity in Act! with that specific activity type.

Updates for Act! add-ons
Add-ons for Act! are registered once at the time of installation for the existing version of Act!. As long as you stay with this Act! version the updates for the add-ons are free of charge. We support only the lasted two Act! Versions. Should you choose to switch to a different Act! version please see the following matrix for re-licensing prices of the add-ons. You only pay the percentage of the current sales price.

Currently you have 5 add-on licences for Act! v17 .
Now you install the Act! v20 update.
The already engaged add-on is not compatible with the new Act! version. You now have to purchase an update of that add-on for all licences.
The price per update licence for the add-on is 60% of the graduated price for 5 licences.
