DIAL|IT - telephone integration in Act!
What advantages does the combination of Act! and DIAL|IT offer?
The two systems work well together and help you save time and work effectively. You select directly on your screen, receive the most important information for incoming calls and can create detailed reports. DIAL|IT is even client-able: In case you work for multiple companies, you can recognize from the caller ID, for which of you clients the call is meant for.
Are special conditions needed?
If you have a tapi- capable telephone system then you can use our add-on DIAL|IT. This add-on is for connecting your phone-system with Act!, meaning you need to have a working Act! license.

As an add-on of the CRM-system Act! - the software for optimum customer management - DIAL|IT ensures time-saving and comfortable communication. DIAL|IT is the add-on for CRM-system optimized function expansion. Telephone integration as a synthesis of time optimization and customer oriented action: the perfect telephony system of single or small companies as well as middle class is introduced.
Telephony on an expert level
Time consuming transference of telephone numbers is a thing of the past. Numbers are selected via mouse click so that calls planned by a third party can be handled from a to-do list without losses and in a timely fashion. Relevant information ton call participants can be saved and consulted to optimize a conversation. The end of anonymity: thanks to well developed software and a TAPI-able telephone business partners are no longer unknown variants in your telephone workflow. Customer retention is based on personal address and so customer information (contact information, conversation notes and appointments can be consulted - the customer receives appreciating prominence. In addition important information can be documented even during a call from an unknown number and completed by authorized colleagues.
The TAPI-able telephone as a module for customer oriented telephony
From the TAPI-interface a direct connection is made between the telephone and PC. A TAPI-able telephone works as a hardware component for communication between the telephone network and the PC. Telephone integration (CTI) is the technology that makes it possible for telephone and computer to interact, makes it possible to make, accept and end telephone contact as well as create telephone conferences with a TAPI-able telephone at it's center that can open calls from it's management platform.

Optimize your telephone workflow with DIAL|IT
Thanks to good cooperation between Act! and DIAL|IT you save time and work more efficiently. You can call directly from your screen and the most important information from incoming calls is displayed. Your telephone is still the most used communication medium. With telephony valuable time can be wasted as well if conversations are handled inefficiently. This is a time to use DIAL|IT: The telephone is almost completely integrated in Act! which saves you time and you can work more accurately. Human error - think of typos in a telephone number - are excluded and concentration is used for more important tasks.
Anyone knows the problem. You have hardly finished one conversation and the next call comes in and in the rush you forget quite quickly to create a history. DIAL|IT allows you to create a history and plan follow-up activities even during the call. That way you can fall back on the history anytime.
It is quite simple: You click on a telephone number in Act! and all you have to do is pick up the phone and wait for your conversation partner. This also works in reverse: When you have an incoming call on your tapi-able phone the matching customer data is displayed on your monitor and you know who you are talking to, thus can address that person by name.
Create a new contact for previously unknown numbers or add the number to an existing contact in the system. In case the number is not already in the system you can add relevant notes even during the conversation.
You can take care of calls directly from your activity list that is planned by you or your colleague.

You can upgrade from one edition to a higher edition at any time. When you upgrade to a higher version (e.g. from BASIC to ADVANCED), the value of the previously bought version is credited, we do however charge 15% upgrade fee. Please contact us for more information.

Updates for Act! add-ons
Add-ons for Act! are registered once at the time of installation for the existing version of Act!. As long as you stay with this Act! version the updates for the add-ons are free of charge. We support only the lasted two Act! Versions. Should you choose to switch to a different Act! version please see the following matrix for re-licensing prices of the add-ons. You only pay the percentage of the current sales price.

Example for update price
Currently you have 5 add-on licences for Act! v17 .
Now you install the Act! v20 update.
The already engaged add-on is not compatible with the new Act! version. You now have to purchase an update of that add-on for all licences.
The price per update licence for the add-on is 60% of the graduated price for 5 licences.
