Simplybook.me provides a web surface for the online reservation and the corresponding calendar in the backend system. For this you will need a Simplybook.me user account. The web surface can be easily integrated into your website.
BOOK|IT bi-directionally synchronizes the Simplybook.me calendar with your Act! Calendar: That way, both Simplybook.me and Act! are always updated. If you enter an appointment directly in Act!, this period of time will not be bookable in the Simplybook.me calendar anymore. With BOOK|IT you can create schemas with which you can determine which time slots should be available in your Simplybook.me calendar. Thus, you can keep certain time slots free for meetings and projects.
BOOK|IT takes activity types in Act! and services in Simplybook.me into account. This way, your customers and prospective customers can book several types of appointments.
BOOK|IT automatically compares the information entered by your customer or prospective customer during the online booking process with your Act! database, adds contact data and creates new contact records if needed. No contact is created twice, no contact is ignored.

Simplybook.me, Act! and BOOK|IT are equally suitable for individual companies with one Act! user and an online calendar as well as for companies with many Act! users and several online calendars.

Updates for Act! add-ons
Add-ons for Act! are registered once at the time of installation for the existing version of Act!. As long as you stay with this Act! version the updates for the add-ons are free of charge. We support only the lasted two Act! Versions. Should you choose to switch to a different Act! version please see the following matrix for re-licensing prices of the add-ons. You only pay the percentage of the current sales price.

When upgrading from an add-on edition to a higher edition (e.g. from Basic to Advanced), the previously bought version is credited, we do however charge 15% upgrade fee. Please contact us for more information.

Now you install the Act! v20 update.
The already engaged add-on is not compatible with the new Act! version. You now have to purchase an update of that add-on for all licences.
The price per update licence for the add-on is 60% of the graduated price for 5 licences.
