Act! Premium - the successful CRM-system
Even only the standard functionality of Act! offers many adjustment options. The customer management software can be expanded with multiple add-ons. User defined tables and other elements can easily be added as well. The software can be updated with multiple updates and upgrades even with personalized adjustments. In consequence compatibility problems do not stem from unfitting add-ons.
The customer management program can be used "out of the box". The standard database can be used immediately. You do not need long introduction or learning phase. If you want to extend the CRM later on you can do so without a problem. The system-database can be configured to meet your future requirements.
The CRM is used in multiple countries worldwide. This fact is a further success factor for Act! Thanks to constant development new functions and requirements stem from practical use. Though the software has varying functions and features, Act! always stays user friendly and easily applicable.
