Since it's founding in 2006 the CRMADDON Factory GmbH has laid it's focus on customer management and it's optimization. The shareholders and employees have upwards of 20 years of experience in software development, infrastructure planning and application consulting and bridge the gap between constantly growing needs of companies and the oppertunities modern technology has to offer.
During planning, implication and caretaking of CRM-systems most often missing functionalities and possible improvements for the standard solution are brought to light. Because of these newly developed needs CRMADDON is a developing partner for CRM-system-producers and constantly develops new additions which can be integrated into the standard solution. this saves time and processes are optimized in a lasting fashion. These additions are then sold a add-ons on the open market.
