The technician will give you a session ID. Enter it in the Session-ID box and click "Connect" to start the session. Afterwards you have to click "yes" to share the screen and click on the white hand icon to transfer control of
your mouse and keyboard to the technician.
You can end the session at any time by clicking on the red phone icon or by hitting the F12 key.
