This basic workshop has been created for those wanting to implement CRM and wish to gain an overview. Its focus is on operation, risk management and relevant CRM software. It will be tailored to your requirements. The Work Shop will be held by a CRM certified moderator and is based on the concept of the Open Learning Environment. Experienced staff and sales, marketing and service managers in a group of about six people are the perfect participants of this 1.5 day event.
