This training is aiming at companies that have already adopted CRM and wish to increase the acceptance of the new system by its staff. In the foreground of this training you will find benefit of CRM for each member of your staff. The training will be held by a CRM certified moderator and is based on the concept of the Open Learning Environment. All staff working with CRM will be welcomed as participants. The perfect group size is about ten people for this two-day event.
The reasons for systematizing CRM processes are:
What used to be left to coincidence and availability of time in the old days needs to be a firm part of a company’s everyday’s workflow nowadays.
It is by no means a simple task motivating staff to accept and to adopt a different workflow despite its advantages. Admittedly, with every new computer program coming about, the user has to master a more or less steep learning-curve, which, of course, is true for CRM software as well. Once used to it, though, your staff will quickly notice the rewards of using such a system. The better the staff training, the shorter is the process of acceptance. The fear of the new systems fades when staff learns how to work it.
Arguments such as “but that’s not how we used to do it”, “it’s taking up too much of my time” or “it doesn’t fit into my workflow” are expressions of insecurity, summiting in declining the new system. To overcome this fear is one of the core exercises of the training.
CRM productivity starts once the fear has been overcome. An optimized management of customer relationships leads almost automatically to a better, say personalized, customer contact, to better customer retention and to a faster and longer-lasting sales success.
