Updates
Every ACT! addon purchased directly or indirectly from the CRMADDON Factory GmbH is bound to and valid only with the ACT! version under which it was initially registered.
During the registration of the licence, the addon will be branded to the current version of ACT!. As long as the user stays on that version of ACT!, he will receive free updates of the product.
The user will be required to purchase/renew the license for each respective addon should he/she upgrade the version of ACT! as depicted below.
You only need to pay the specific procentual amount of the current list prices.

Within 60 days:
free Upgrade after first purchase of the addon to the next ACT! Version.
Within 90 days:
15 % of the current list price of the addon after first purchase - only if you upgrade 1 ACT! version (eg ACT! 2009 to ACT! 2010)
By upgrading the Import version to a higher version (e.g Basic to Advanced), the payment of the old version will be credited, however 15% upgrade fee will be billed.
