Service IT for ACT! runs in conjunction with Import IT and Export IT. Service IT is an executable module that performs specific functions without requiring a login. This AddOn can be configured to start when ACT! is booted or it can start manually and is built to define how a Map (defined by Import/ Export) will be executed. It defines if a source file should be removed after a successful import - if and when an email will be sent.
Furthermore you have the chance to fetch data out of system generated emails and save them to the directory of your choice.
In addition with Import IT you can add them directly to your ACT! database - without having to do anything (For further information please click here).
