I have had the usual difficulties in transitioning from Beta Act! To their latest version 14, I have had to restore previous partition saves several times and then during my latest massive reinstallation – I upgraded to Win7 64. And a recent attack of viruses had me do another restore and relocate my data files to a separate partition to prevent having lost data.
The one program that has never caused me any problems is your latest version of DialIT. Each time, recovery was faultless and transparent. And you have not received one call for help from me.

I have been using Dial IT (TAPI.NET - prior to Dial IT) for years. I cannot imagine being without it. Version 3.6 is the best yet. I can operate within Act just by using Dial IT alone. If you think it is hard to set up, send in a support ticket, CRMADDON FACTORY will help you. Once the initial setup is done, your worries are over and your productivity soars!! Try it and see. It is THE most important addon to have with Act!. Enjoy!!!!
