The version 3.x needs a new license key.
You will get the upgrade already starting at as low as 10,- if you want to upgrade from Dial IT 2.x to Dial IT 3.x Standard if you are still using the same ACT! version as you purchased it. Therefore you only send us the license key through our ticket system by filling in this form. If you need another Dial IT version please send us a ticket via the ticket system.
We recommend to order the new key prior the installing by using this form.

Phone.exe
Check here if your telephon system is tapi-conform.
Instruction:
After you downloaded Phone.exe click on "Start Session" and enter a phone number in the scheduled field. Then click on "Make Call".
If you can make a call your telephone system is tapi-conform.
If you are not able to make a call, please contact your telephone provider. He has to install a tapi-conform driver.
TapiCaps.exe
TapiCaps lists up the capabilities of the installed TAPI driver. You can see which drivers are installed and which telephone functions they support. An integrated TAPI Trace traces TAPI-driver messages.
Snom SoftPhone
The Snom 360 Softphone is a full VoIP phone for Windows. The use for private customers is free of charge.
After the download the program is ready for use within two minutes. Enter your name, SIP-ID, Password and SIP server and you are ready to call (if you have credit).However you can be reached also without credit.
Tapi Driver for Snom phones
xtelsio TAPI Driver for snom phones supports basic TAPI functions like dialing and hanging up and informs your TAPI application about incoming and outgoing calls including the caller and called ID. You can initiate calls directly from within Microsoft Outlook®, ACT® or any other TAPI application. The processing of incoming calls requires, perhaps, an additional TAPI application like xtelsio CTI Client.
The TAPI driver supports only one TAPI line and is limited therfore for use on client PCs. Tested with snom 190, 300 and 360.
xtelsio TAPI Driver for Asterisk supports dialing and hanging up and informs your TAPI application about incoming and outgoing calls including the caller and called ID, and this for multiple lines of one or several Asterisk systems. You can initiate calls directly from within Microsoft Outlook®, ACT® or any other TAPI application. For snom phones, you can activate a direct control mode - this allows to initiate calls in hands-free mode and to accept incoming calls.
